Last Minute Appetizer:
Just a few ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes
- Toasted Pecans
Slice the sweet potatoes and arrange them on a sheet pan.
Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Slice the brie and apples. Prepare the toasted pecans.
Top the potatoes with brie. Allow it to melt before adding the apples, toasted pecans, and a drizzle of honey.
