Chicken Kofta Kebabs

An easy and healthy weeknight dinner!

What is Kofta?

Kofta is a mediterranean "spiced meatball."

- 1 lb Ground Chicken - ¼ c Breadcrumbs - ¼ c Red Onion - 2 Garlic Cloves - ¼ c Parsley - 2 tbsp Olive Oil - 1 tsp Coriander - ½ tsp Allspice - ½ tsp Cumin - ½ tsp Paprika - Salt & Pepper

A Few Simple Ingredients!

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine!

1. Combine!

Shape the mixture into 8 long ovals. Then add a skewer to each one.

2. Shape!

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Bake!

- Tomato - Bell Pepper - Cucumber - Parsley - Mint - Red Onion - Olive Oil - Lemon - Salt and Pepper

4. Make Israeli Salad

Combine everything in a bowl.

5. Combine!

- Greek Yogurt - Dill - Garlic - Lemon - Salt and Pepper

6. Make Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce

Combine everything in a bowl.

7. Combine!

Serve chicken kofta kebabs on a warm pita topped with Israeli salad and yogurt sauce!
