Whisk ingredients 

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Add oats and chopped pecans to the bowl. Mix to fully coat in the maple syrup and coconut oil mixture, then lay out on pan.

Add remaining ingredients & lay out

Place pan in oven & bake

Crush apple chips

Remove from oven and crush apple chips on top.

Let cool for an hour, store in airtight container, & serve
