Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon grated garlic about 1 small clove
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest about ½ a lemon
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice about ½ a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  • Serve with vegetables, meats, or my favorite-- on top of chicken kofta!

Notes

  1. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  2. Make sure to use plain greek yogurt, not flavored or vanilla.
