Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso or ½ cup (4 ounces) strong brewed coffee*
  • ¾ cup (6 ounces) milk of choice can be dairy or non dairy
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice simple syrup depending on taste
  • ice
  • pumpkin cold foam optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Add ice to a cup. Pour in coffee.
  • Pour milk and simple syrup over the coffee. Stir to combine.
  • Optional: Top with homemade pumpkin cold foam for added flavor and creaminess!

Notes

  1. I like to use a vanilla flavored coffee to add extra flavor to the drink. However, regular coffee will work great too.
  2. *You can also use decaffeinated coffee for this drink. It will not alter the taste.
  3. I used coffee ice cubes to prevent the drink from becoming watered down. To make coffee ice cubes: Brew a cup of strong coffee (or use leftover cold brew coffee) and let it cool. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
