Ingredients

  • 24 ounces (1 ½ pounds) fingerling potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut fingerling potatoes in half lengthwise. Add to a medium bowl.
  • Pour olive oil over potatoes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to evenly coat the potatoes in oil and seasoning.
  • Spray your air fryer basket or tray with nonstick spray. Add potatoes to the basket or tray in a single layer. You might need to cook in two batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry fingerling potatoes at 390 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Serve potatoes with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauces!

Notes

  1. This recipe should also work with baby creamer potatoes too. Simply, cut them in half, season, and air fry.
  2. Depending on the size of the potatoes, you might need to add a few more minutes to the cook time to ensure they are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  3. Feel free to season the potatoes any way you'd like.
