This Mediterranean Pizza recipe is about to be your new favorite! A soft, chewy crust topped with some of the best Mediterranean flavors. All you need is 10 simple ingredients!
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Make beer pizza dough. Par-bake the dough for 3 to 5 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce on top of the dough, leaving a bare crust around the edges. Cover sauce with mozzarella cheese.
Add black olives, sliced red onion, and tomato throughout the top of the pizza. Sprinkle minced garlic and feta cheese on top.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush oil mixture on the bare crust on the perimeter of the dough. Reserve bowl. Add arugula to the bowl and toss to coat in the oil and seasoning residue. Set arugula aside.
Bake pizza for 10 to 15 minutes, until the crust cooks through and the cheese melts and starts to brown.
Remove pizza from the oven and top with the seasoned arugula. Cut pizza into 8 even slices.
Notes
*Fresh store-bought pizza dough works well too. Just follow the instructions on the package.
Customize this pizza however you'd like. If you want to add protein, sausage, grilled chicken, or crumbled bacon would be good options.
