  • 4 bananas ripe
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 3-4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust the almond milk depending on your desired consistency.


  1. You can also use frozen bananas or fresh strawberries and pineapples, but you’ll need to adjust the almond milk depending on the thickness you desire.
  2. Feel free to swap out the almond milk for your favorite nut milk or milk alternative.
  3. For the frozen fruit, you can either buy fresh and freeze it in preparation or you can buy frozen fruit from the freezer aisle in the grocery store. If you're buying packaged frozen fruit, be sure to check the ingredients! Strawberry or pineapple should be the only ingredient listed.
  4. Turn this breakfast smoothie into a smoothie bowl by decreasing the amount of almond milk to create a thicker consistency. Top it off with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola, and seeds.
