Make the flakey crust in a food processor.
Roll the dough until it fits the pie pan. Then crimp the edges. Chill until ready.
Whisk eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
Stir together eggs/milk mixture, sautéed vegetables, and feta.
Scoop filling into the chilled crust. Bake at 375 degrees F.
Serve warm topped with additional feta.
