With this simple 10-ingredient salad dressing, you can elevate ANY dish! This Citrus Herb Balsamic Vinaigrette is bright, versatile, and bursting with fresh citrus juice (from oranges, lemons, AND limes!) and fresh herbs.
½cupfresh squeezed orange juice (about 2 small oranges)
3tablespoonsfresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
3tablespoonsfresh squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
3tablespoonsolive oil or avocado oil (or other neutral tasting oil)I usually prefer avocado oil in my dressings because sometimes olive oil flavor can overpower!
This recipe makes about 1 ½ cups of salad dressing.
