Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice bell peppers into 1-inch thick strips. Add to a bowl.
  • Pour olive oil over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix to coat peppers in the oil and seasoning.
  • Add peppers to your air fryer basket or tray. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
