Apple Cider Martini

Apple cider martinis are made with crisp apple cider, vodka, apple brandy, and a generous pinch of sweet cinnamon. It’s chilled to perfection and the perfect way to celebrate the Fall season.

Ingredients

  • OPTIONAL: ½ tablespoon granulated sugar, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon for the rim
  • 1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) apple cider
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) apple brandy
  • 1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) plain vodka
  • ¼ ounce (½ tablespoon) lemon juice
  • ground cinnamon for garnish
  • thinly sliced apple for garnish

Instructions

  • OPTIONAL: Add sugar to a shallow dish. Mix with the cinnamon. In a separate shallow dish, add lemon juice or agave. Swirl the rim of your martini glass in the lemon juice or agave, then dip it in the sugar mixture to coat the rim. Allow sugar to set before making the cocktail.
  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour apple cider, apple brandy, vodka, and lemon juice into the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously.
  • Strain martini into the prepared glass. Serve with a pinch of cinnamon over top and garnish with an apple slice.

Notes

  1. Use fresh apple cider, NOT apple cider vinegar.
  2. Easily adjust the number of servings to make multiple martinis.
