Mango Mojitos are going to be your go-to cocktails in the heat of summer. It's made with fresh mango, mango juice, and a few other staple ingredients. All you need is 10 minutes and you can be sipping on this cool cocktail in no time.

4 large fresh mint leaves ¼ cup roughly chopped ripe mango ½ ounce agave or simple syrup (1 tablespoon) ice cubes 2 ounces white rum (4 tablespoons) 2 ounces mango juice from puree (4 tablespoons) SEE NOTES 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (2 tablespoons or about 1 lime) sparkling water or club soda extra lime, mint, and mango for garnish
Add mint, mango, and agave to a cocktail shaker. Muddle lightly until the mint starts to soften and the mango is smashed. Add ice to fill about half the shaker. Pour in rum, mango juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously to incorporate all the flavors together. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of lime, fresh mint, and a fresh mango wedge.
