I am always looking for quick and easy ways to elevate my food and this 10-minute Sun Dried Tomato Aioli does just that!
Requiring less than 10 minutes and just 6 ingredients, this flavor-packed, mayo-based sauce, filled with finely chopped sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and the perfect amount of garlic, will upgrade any dish. From sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and roasted vegetables, to grilled or baked chicken, this aioli adds deep, rich flavor. It also makes the perfect dip for fries or fresh veggies!

This sun dried tomato aioli couldn't be easier to make! Just mix all 6 ingredients in a bowl - no blender or food processor needed! It will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. It is perfect to prep for a busy week full of summer fun or as a weeknight topping or dip!
I tested this quick and easy aioli recipe many times to ensure I had just the right balance of flavors. I really wanted the tanginess from the sun dried tomatoes to be the star of the show.
I made sure to drain and finely chop the tomatoes to avoid a weird texture and to ensure they mix smoothly into the sauce. All in all, the combination of ingredients blend together beautifully, enhancing nearly any dish! This aioli pairs so well with these easy chicken burgers or this perfectly juicy cast iron chicken. I also love dipping these crispy air fryer potatoes (that cook up in just 25 minutes) in the creamy aioli as well!
One thing I really love about making sauces like this at home is that I get to be in total control of the flavors and ingredients. As home chefs, we can control what goes in! This super simple yogurt ranch dressing and this perfectly tangy homemade BBQ sauce are my go-to sauces that are also way better than store bought!
Ingredients
⭐️ Quick Tip! Chop the sun dried tomatoes pretty small so the sauce can spread well on burgers, sandwiches, or other meats. The smaller the tomatoes, the better the flavors of the sauce will come together.
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, and basil. Stir to combine.
- Step 2: Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
My Top Tips!
⭐️ Make this sauce before preparing the rest of your meal. This will allow the sauce to sit in the fridge for a little bit so the flavors can blend together longer. The longer the sauce can sit, the more flavorful it will become!
